ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 03.12.2013, in Writ Petition No.38450 of 2013.

At the hearing, Sri K.Ramamohan Mahadeva, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the filing of this Contempt Case, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

In view of this subsequent event, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in the event, he feels aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent.
