Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a representation for appropriate relief to the concerned authority and seeks direction to the concerned authority to dispose of his representation within a time frame.
Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is open to the petitioner to make a representation for redressal of his grievance to the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. If the representation is made, the concerned authority shall deal with the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks therefrom.
