XIV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar by deleting the following clause "on the conditions that he shall appear before the SHO of PS concerned on every alternate day for a period of (3) months" This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V V RATVANA ,Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Assistant Public Prosecutor TG on behalf of the Respondent.

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1Xb) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-3 seeking to relax the condition imposed in Cr1'MP'No'2353 of 2021 in Crime No.2O6 ol 2O2l dated 04'06'2021 by the XiV Additionai Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L'B' Nagar' Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that since the charge sheet has already been filed in the above crime' which has been registered as P.R.C No'66 of 2021, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminai Petition and it has become infructuous.

Criminal Petition is Recording the said submission, the dismissed as lnfructuous.
