THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3959 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in proposing to evict the petitioners from residential plot Nos.21 and 22 of the second petitioner and plot Nos.108 and 109 of the first petitioner in an extent of Acs.0.5 cents each situated in Survey No.257/1 of Doodgaom Village, Balkonda Mandal, Nizamabad District.

A counter affidavit is filed by the fifth respondent stating that he has not taken any steps either to evict the petitioners from the respective plots or to change the revenue records. In view of the above statement made in the counter affidavit, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
