THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3722 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 26.06.2012 in I.A.No.211 of 2012 in O.S.No.809 of 2006 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous in view of the disposal of the suit by the trial Court. The petitioners are at liberty to raise the same contention in the appeal pending or to be filed.

Granting such liberty, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
