THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO AND THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.33016 OF 2017 ORDER : (Per Sri Dr.SSRB,J) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Siva Kumar, Standing Counsel for State Pollution Control Board and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing counsel for TSSPDCL. 2.

Perused the prayer in the writ petition and the grounds urged in the writ petition affidavit and other material. 3.

The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows : "...... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the impugned action of respondents 4 and 5 herein in proposing to disconnect the power supply to the petitioner unit situate at S.No.169, Chetla Gowraram, Toopran Mandal, Medak District without any notice is arbitrary, illegal, capricious, high handed, motivated, violative of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g), 21 and the guarantee under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, apart from being in violation of the principles of natural justice and fair play and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the Industry to continue to operate without any interference in any manner whatsoever ....."

In fact, the so called attempt of the TSSPDCL to disconnect the power supply is from there is no interim order in the appeal extending the revocation order originally granted for three months. In fact, there is an order from the Pollution Control Board, dated 26.09.2017, directing the TSSPDCL, to continue the power supply until further orders.

By recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed 'for' no more relief is required to be granted. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
