O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the Station House Officer, Shivarampally police station, Ranga Reddy District, was causing

interference in their civil disputes with third parties and summoning them to the police station time and again without there being any complaint or case registered against them.

The Station House Officer, Shivarampally police station, Ranga Reddy District, furnished written instructions to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that he never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioners in relation to certain lands at Meersagar, Hamlet of Mailardevpally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. He further denied the allegation that he had sent police constables to the petitioners' houses or that demands were made that the petitioners oblige local political leaders. He further stated that no complaints had been received against the petitioners and no criminal cases were registered against them on the file of the Shivarampally police station. The clear and categorical stand of the police authorities, as aforestated, is taken on record. In the light thereof, the grievance of the petitioners stands settled and this Court sees no reason to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
