CVNR, J & MSKJ, J FCA.No.271 of 2013 Dt:17.11.2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed against the order, dated 12.3.2013, in O.P.No.340 of 2011, whereby the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad has dismissed the said O.P. filed by the appellant seeking dissolution of her marriage with the respondent.

Mr. Pramod Singh, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that this Court by order, dated 10.11.2016, in FCA.No.234 of 2013, has recorded compromise between the parties and dissolved the marriage between them, and that, therefore, the cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Mr. Jakkamsetti Ravindra, learned counsel for the respondent, has also agreed to the afore-mentioned submission of the learned counsel for the appellant.

In view of the above, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
