THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 2213 of 2012 ORDER:
The petitioner complains against the action of the 3rd Respondent-Police in interfering with the activities of the Petitioner-church and giving oral directions to provide facilities to the 4th Respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.
The Assistant Government Pleader, based on instructions dt.04.02.2012 of the 3rd Respondent, submits that the President of the petitioner-church has been shown as Accused No.1 in Crime No.5 of 2012 and the allegations are not correct; and on apprehensions and to prevent the police from properly investigating into the offence registered against the President of the petitioner-Church, the writ petition has been filed. 3.
After perusing the written instructions, and keeping in view the passage of time from the date of filing the writ petition till date, I am satisfied the prayer of the petitioner need not be considered.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
