HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.28275 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in calling the petitioner to police station at the instance of unofficial respondents, without there being any crime registered against the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) on instructions submits that respondent No.2 did not call the petitioner to police station, and if requires in a crime, follow the procedure stipulated by law.
