THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 11879 of 2011 ORDER:

The complaint of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not properly investigating the case in Crime No.62 of 2011 on the file of Pet Basheerbad Police Station.

Basing on the written instructions dated 26.05.2011 furnished by the Station House Officer, Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, the learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.62 of 2011 which was registered under Sections 109, 342 and 354 I.P.C, charge sheet was filed and the case was taken on record by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad, in P.R.C.No.7 of 2011 and that the case was under trial.

In the light of the aforestated developments, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner is without basis.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
