ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not referring the case of the petitioner to the Civil Court for adjudication as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to refer the case of the petitioner to the Civil Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'the Act').

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition along with the counter-affidavit, has produced the proceedings dated 18.1.2018 issued by the Sub Collector-Tirupati, wherein it is stated that the District Collector, Chittoor vide letter dated 4.1.2018 has accorded permission to refer the matter to the Civil Court under Section 18 of the Act.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the same is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO 5th February, 2018 rkk
