Sri Siddhartha Sarma, learned counsel for Sri P. Venugopal Rao, learned counsel for the sole appellant, would submit that the sole appellant expired on 21.10.2017 and his legal representatives, when contacted, informed that they are not inclined to pursue the present Second Appeal.
