This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 25.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.1008 of 2015 in O.S.No.23 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoti, Kadapa District. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 29.08.2017.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
