The instant appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok-Adalat, organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, and award dated 05-12-2014 was passed and the same is placed on record.

Therefore, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok-Adalat granting a sum of Rs.3,19,500/- (Rupees three lakhs nineteen thousand and five hundred only) towards compensation. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
