This Appeal is filed assailing the decree and judgment dated 28.11.2011 in Appeal Suit No.178 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the XIV Additional Chief Judge (F.T.C.), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
