The Commissioner of Transport, Government of TetanSana,.{1dg;ajftB=r* Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus by declaring that the action of the respondent in not concluding the Departmental enquiry against the petitioner even though the finding of the Enquiry officer is held in favour of the petitioner as wholly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to drop the charge memo dated 28-06-2016 and declare the probation of the petitioner in the category of Regional rransport officer and further direct the respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Transport Commissioner in the interest of justice.

direct the Respondents to consider lhe case of the Petitioner to the post of Deputy Transporl Commissioner in the existing vacancies without reference to the Charge Memo dated 28-06-2016 in the interest of justice, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

Ms. Swathi, learned counsel for the petitioner is fair enough to submit that in compliance of the order dated f O2.O4.2Ola passed by this Court, orders have been issued \ vide G.O.Rt.No.54, dated 16.02.2O19 by promoting the petitioner to the category of the Deputy Transport Commissioner for the panel year 2Ol8-2O 19. Therefore, Iearned counsel submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. Hence, seeks to close the Writ Petition.

Mr. N. Ramu, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill appearing for the respondents concedes to the same.

Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
