THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.54 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer C.C.No.168 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore, to the Court of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard and perused the material.

Admittedly the complaint was filed in Nellore Jurisdiction, where the accused were residing at the time of complaint. The case is also investigated and charge sheet is also filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submits that the petitioner is residing in Ranga Reddy District and as such, prays this Court to transfer C.C.No.168 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore, to the Court of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District.

This Court is of the view that the submission cannot be accepted at this stage, after filing of the charge sheet, and as such, the transfer criminal petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
