SIVA SANKARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1554 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Sita Ram Chaparla, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that upon due consideration of the petitioner's case in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1665 of 2014, an order has been passed which is now being subjected to challenge independently. Learned counsel would therefore state that the cause in this contempt case does not survive owing to the afore-stated developments.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
