ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the official respondents-police in not registering the crime against the 7th and 8th respondents on the complaints of the petitioner dated 20.03.2019, 19.05.2019 and 28.05.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 6, on instructions, submits that based on the complaints of the petitioner, Cr.No.227 of 2019 was registered on 24.06.2019 and S.T.C.No.2411 of 2019 was also registered.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
