This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the second respondent in not initiating the process and completion of installation of weighment indicator of Tulja Bhavani Weighbridge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
