This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the impugned Proceeding No.18/GPU/2015, dated 18.12.2015, of respondent No.3 whereby the petitioner was directed to remove the ventilator fixed to his premises bearing H.No.226/1, situated at Utnoor, Adilabad District, in contravention of the permission granted on 17-012006, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to set aside the same. After arguing the case, Mr.Gajanand Chakravarthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
