Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

A reading of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the representations annexed to the writ petition clearly disclose that the issue involved in the present writ petition is of civil nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to approach the appropriate forum of law for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
