Advocate for appellants submitted that in view of Building Regularization Scheme (BRS), appellants have already availed the benefits of that scheme and proceedings, regularizing deviations were already issued by the Municipal Corporation, therefore, no cause survives in this second appeal and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the submission of advocate for appellants, the Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
