1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.609 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 12.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded.
