The petitioner has filed this ransfer CMp seeking withdrawal of t FCOP.No. 1317 of 2Ol7 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Malkajgiri and to transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court, Warangal. Since the petitioner is not showing any interest in prosecuting the matter, today the matter is listed under the caption "for orders". The presence or representation on behalf of the petitioner is felt essential to ascertain the status of FCOp. 2.

Accordingly, this transfer CMp is dismissed for default for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
