25.04.2025 Transferred to IO folder before corrections I.A.NO.1 OF 2025 The petitioners do not have any explanation as to why the present I.A. was filed on 07.03.2025 (the exact date in March is illegible).

This Court directed the petitioners to pay costs to a certain Organization by a common order dated 30.08.2024 within 14 days from 30.08.2024, instead of paying the costs by 14.09.2024, the costs were admittedly paid on 26.10.2024.

Even more curious is the filing of the present application on 07.03.2025, seeking an extension for compliance with the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to present the case properly before the Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners are seeking adjournments before the Trial Court on the ground that the records are before this Court, meanwhile they have filed the present application for extension of time for complying with the common order dated 30.08.2024.

The petitioners' conduct is to be deprecated. The petitioners shall accordingly pay additional costs of Rs.15,000/- to the plaintiffs within 7 days from date.

It is made clear that the Trial Court shall proceed with the Suit filed by the respondents.

I.A.No.1 of 2025 is disposed of in terms of the above.
