THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.12276 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to approach Employee State Insurance Corporation Court under Section 75 of the ESI Act, 1948.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of granting permission to the petitioner to approach the ESI Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if he so advised. Till such time, the interim order granted by this Court on 20.06.2019 shall be continued. No order as to costs.
