This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the
respondents on the missing admission registers and loan ledger registers of the Petitioner-Society as unjust and illegal and consequently, direct the respondent to trace out the missing records and take action on such disappearance of the records."
At the hearing, Mr.K.Lakshmana Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.CMR.Velu, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.25577 & 32015 of 2011 are dismissed as infructuous.
