The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.889 of 2Ol2 in M.C.No.214 of 2Ol2 on the file of the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy District. 2.
Ms.Naga Deepika Peri, learned counsel representing learning counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive. Therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.
