HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4989 of 2014 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.78 of 2014 on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 31.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, on 24.5.2015, vide C.C.No.126 of 2015. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
