Heard both sides.

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 in Cr.No.87 of 2017 of P.S. Meerpet, Rachakonda District, for the offences punishable u/sec.103,104 Trademarks Act, 1999 r/w 420 IPC and Sec.63 of the Copyright Act, 1957, on the complaint of the 2nd respondent/defacto-complainant.

The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the case has been referred as 'Action Drop" dt.31.07.2017 and a final report is filed before II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioners that in the event of any cognizance is taken to vindicate the grievance. In the result, the Criminal Petition is closed.
