THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.5506 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of certiorari calling the connected records including impugned proceedings in Rc.No.857/E4-3/99, dated 15-12-2003 of the 2nd respondent in refusing to grant approval of the petitioner from the date of his joining into duty as done in the case of N.Sreenivasulu, J.L. in History and K.Nageswara Reddy, Physical Director, though they were appointed subsequent to the petitioner and quash the same as illegal, improper, unjust as it is in clear discrimination and further declare that the petitioner is entitled to get his appointment is approved from the date of his joining duty i.e., w.e.f. 25-02-1999 with all consequential benefits as done in case of others.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22-04-2016. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
