This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in not granting the affiliation to the 2nd petitioner institution. Heard Sri S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and A. Prabhakar Rao, learned standing counsel for the N.T.R University. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel for the respondent-University fairly submit that the main relief of restoration of affiliation of 2nd petitioner institution had already been effected, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
