HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CC No.199 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 23-09-2016 passed in WP No.32101 of 2016, wherein this Court directed the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioners for grant of ORC under the provisions of the AP Inams Abolition Act, in accordance with law.

Now, learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the order of this Court has been complied, however, there was some delay in passing the orders, on account of bifurcation of the districts and mandals and the delay caused is not willful not wanton but for the reasons stated.

Inasmuch as the order of this Court is complied with, and for the reasons explained in the counter affidavit, the delay caused in complying the order is condoned. The contempt case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
