THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12277 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in calling the petitioners to the Jadcherla Police Station and threatening them to execute the sale deed in favour of the complainant in F.I.R.No.28.02.2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, while denying the allegation that the respondent police are threatening to execute sale deed in favour of the complainant in F.I.R.No.282 of 2014, it is stated that during the course of investigation in F.I.R.No.282 of 2014 as the petitioners have forged the signatures of the complainant and executed a sale deed, the Station House Officer has called them to give admitted signatures for the purpose of investigation and to produce original documents regarding above said case.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
