THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.13414 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader for Panchay Raj and Rural Development for 1st respondent and Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent.

The prayer is one against inaction in looking into the grievance of petitioner against the functioning of Secretary, Vadavalli Gram Panchayat, Mudinepalli Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal and unconstitutional.

The 2nd respondent filed counter affidavit and the gist of the counter affidavit is that against the allegations received by the 2nd respondent against the functioning of the then Secretary, enquiry was ordered, reports received, and after perusing the report, it was decided that no further action was necessary.

The prayer is one against inaction and the 2nd respondent submits that the grievance of petitioner was looked into and necessary steps were taken.

Having regard to the stand taken by the 2nd respondent, I am satisfied that the prayer does not merit consideration. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 01-02-2017 Prv
