Heard the counsel for petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) for respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and 5; and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology (Andhra Pradesh) for 3rd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) appearing for respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 states that the report of 5th respondent regarding issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' for grant of quarry lease of gravel in respect of the subject land to the petitioner would be forwarded to the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Industries (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for 3rd respondent, states that on receipt of the said report, the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District will communicate his decision to petitioner.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to forward his report on the above subject to the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad within a period of two (02)

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receiving the said report, the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District is directed to take a decision and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter.

5. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
