HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7105 & 7106 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6545 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.426 of 2016 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 323 & 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
