HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10268 of 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not evaluating the Petitioner OMR Answer sheet pertaining to Paper II of the Written exam for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher under Notification No.14/2017, dated 14.04.2017, issued by the 3rd Respondent on the ground of bubbling mistake in filling up Booklet code not relating to his merit, as totally illegal, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to evaluate the OMR answer sheets of the Written exam to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher under Notification No.14/2017 dated 14.04.2017 of Petitioner with Hall Ticket No.171461101 and declare his results as per the Judgment of Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch dated 30-11-2017 and pass such and further orders in the interest of justice."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent-Telangana State Public Service Commission basing on written the written instructions submits that petitioner's answer sheet was evaluated and he was awarded 54.266 marks and he also submits that last person who was selected in the B.C.-A for Zone-VI obtained 58.800 marks.

Having regard to the above, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.

Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
