ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 04.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.578 of 2011.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the respondents have preferred writ appeal and the Division Bench granted stay in the said writ appeal. Learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to the petitioner to file contempt case afresh after disposal of the writ appeal.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file contempt case afresh after disposal of the writ appeal.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
