HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.19651 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "......that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of respondents No.1 and 2 in considering the complaint dated 10.06.2013 submitted to the respondent Nos.2 for taking legal action against the respondents No.3 and 4 also providing police protection to the petitioner in person and his property is an extent of Ac.1.471⁄2 in Sy.No.12/1C of Maddimuttanagudem, Votasamudram Gram Pancahyat, Chintalpudi Mandal, West Godavari District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and to safeguard his property in an extent of Ac.1.471⁄2 in Sy.No.12/1C of Maddimuttanagudem, Votasamudram Gram Pancahyat, Chintalpudi Mandal, West Godavari District and pass such....

The Assistant Government Pleader placed before the Court the written instructions dated 18.07.2013, which read thus: "It is submitted that there is no specific direction to the police to provide protection to the petitioner's land, hence protection cannot be provided. If the petitioner obtains appropriate orders from the competent court of law, this respondent is ready and willing to provide protection to the petitioner's land in accordance with law''.

The statement made based on the written instructions is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The petitioner is given liberty to work out remedies before the civil Court. There shall no order as to costs.
