When this matter was taken up for hearing on 09.06.2017, there was no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Accordingly, today, the matter has been listed under the caption for dismissal and when the matter is taken up for hearing, even today also there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution and accordingly, is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
