HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20081 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release and pay the salary of the petitioner from August 2000 onwards and continue to pay the same for various posts held by the petitioner under the control of respondents by holding the action of respondents in not releasing and paying the salary of petitioner though petitioner is discharging his duties without any valid reason or authority is as illegal, unjust and subversive of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

This Court, on 16.06.2003, directed the respondents to pay salary of the petitioner forthwith.

Sri A.Yadava Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, on instructions, submits that the interim order has been complied with and paid salary to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court. No costs.
