HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 18705 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 12.05.2017 suspending the Fair Price Shop authorization of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 26.08.2017 cancelling the Fair Price Shop authorization of the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
