THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.31490 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.Govind, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents.

Although the petitioner has questioned the action of the respondents inviting applications for appointment of fair-price-shop dealer, Thirumalapur-2, vide proceedings dt.21-10-2013 of 3rd respondent, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has placed before me proceedings CCS.Ref.No.PP1/1418/2015 dt.27-10-2015 of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Telangana State, Hyderabad keeping in abeyance till further instructions the rationalization of fair-price-shop dealership. In this view of the matter, cause of the action in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication at present. However, in case the respondents wish to revive the issue of rationalization, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
