THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.1230 & 1354 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

This Court passed an order in C.R.P. No.2843/2015 directing the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur, to dispose of O.S.No.10 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, while confirming the order of the lower appellate Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present revision petitions and the above said C.R.P, the defendant is common and the properties are contiguous.

In view of the above, these two Civil Revision Petitions are also dismissed confirming the orders passed by the lower appellate Court and directing the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur, to dispose of O.S.No.8/2010 and O.S.No.9/2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Civil Revision Petitions shall stand closed.
