This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 25-06-2012 in I.A.No.349 of 2012 in O.S.No.81 of 2000 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
