The petitioner prays for substantially a direction to entrust the investigation of Crime No.40 of 2013 to CBCID. The Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the charge sheet is filed in the instant crime. In view of filing of the charge sheet, the writ petition is not pressed.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
