ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Lr.No.DB/D4/286M, dated 05.05.2010 issued by the respondent No.1, as illegal, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides being without jurisdiction and violative of doctrine of principles of natural justice besides directing not to give effect, and to pass such other order or orders...."
At the hearing, Mr.V.S.Prasad, learned counsel representing Mr.V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38981 of 2011 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
